Step 1 – Find items you want to order

Items are listed under the product categories located left side of the webpage. So check those pages out and see if anything interests you to buy.

    • Costumes (see all Pre-Made & Order-Made items)
      • Pre-Made (Items already made in fixed size)
      • Order-Made (Items can be order-made with your own body measurements)
    • Closet Sale (Costumes worn at previous photo shoot & sold in sale price)

Step 2 – Add To Cart & Check Out

Use “Add To Cart” button, then “Check Out” to submit your order. Your shipping zip code is needed to calculate shipping fee. Your order is not completed yet as the current total does not include shipping fee. Also, later (at Step 5), you’ll enter your full shipping address when you send your PayPal payment.

Step 3 – Get A Revised Total & Order Schedule

When you place an order, the total does not include shipping fee. I will be reply you with a revised total including shipping fee. I’ll also let you know with your order schedule (payment due date & shipping date) If you need to adjust payment due date, please let me know.

Step 4 – Send Your Detailed Measurements for Order-Made items.

If you're ordering pre-made items, skip this step.

Order-made items are made based on your own body measurements. I’ll email you to ask which size I need to make your order. (example: bust, waist, hip, shoulder width, neck, arm length, arm hole, wrist etc.)

Step 5 – Send Your Payment

You’ll receive a PayPal invoice by email. Then, click the link in the email to pay with your Credit/Debit cards at PayPal’s secure webpage. You’ll enter your full shipping address where you want to receive your order. I’ll send your order to the address you enter along with your PayPal Payment. Once a full amount of payment is received and cleared, you order will be shipped within the scheduled shipping date. And from this point, you cannot change or cancel your order. Your order will be processed right away after receiving payment. So if you need to change or cancel your order, please do that before sending your payment.

If you’re sending money from foreign countries outside of US, your payment may need extra 3-5 business days until the transaction is cleared. You order will not be shipped or processed when the transaction is pending or not cleared.

Step 6 – Order is shipped. Get Online tracking info.

  • Pre-Made items are usually shipped within 1-3 business days upon receiving cleared payment.
  • Order-Made items need extra sewing time, and shipping date will be given at previous “Step 3.” So you’ll know when your item is expected to be shipped.

US Domestic Shipping

All packages are shipped by USPS (United States Postal Service)


  • USPS Priority Mail: average 2 – 5 business days + insurance + online tracking numbers
  • USPS Express Mail: guaranteed next day or 2-day delivery to the most areas

International Shipping – Customs & Import Duties

International orders require phone number. Please write them in the “Additional Information > Order Note,” when you check out.
International packages are shipped by USPS (United States Postal Service)

    • USPS Priority Mail Internationalaverage 6 – 10 business days to many major destinations
    • USPS Express Internationalaverage 3 – 7 business days + insurance + online tracking numbers

    • USPS Express International: average 3 – 5 business days to many major destinations+ insurance + online tracking numbers

Customs Fees and VAT (value added tax)
If there are customs and import duties, they must be paid by you once the package reaches your destination country.
These charges are your responsibility and will vary from country to country. cannot determine what these fees will be.
I recommend that you check with local customs office or post office for details on how these charges are assessed and applied.

Step 7 – Refund for overcharged shipping fee. Send Your photos.

After I ship your package, if the actual postage is less than you pay, I’ll refund the difference (minimum $1.00) So you’ll never over pay for your shipping.

If you’re satisfied with your purchase, and want to show yourself to others, you may enter the Special Event. Email your photos of wearing the costume, and you get *Free Shipping for your next order.

*Free shipping is for US domestic shipping - either First Class Mail or Priority Mail.
International customers get discount for Express Mail Shipping fee.
Event policy and reward can be changed without notice.
