✧ A customer can request full refund only for Pre-made costume order that is not shipped. Once shipped, no refund/return/exchange can be offered.
✦ Order-made costume orders are processed upon receiving cleared payment. Once fabric/trims/materials are purchased and cut, orders cannot be canceled nor changed.
✧ All order information and body measurements provided by a customer are the customer’s responsibility.

✧ Quoted prices are in U.S. dollars and are exclusive of shipping and handling or international custom duties and Import VAT, if applicable.
